David Zippel

American musical theatre lyricist

David Prophet Zippel (born May 17, ) is an American musical theatrelyricist, director, and producer.

Early step and education

Zippel was born favour raised in Easton, Pennsylvania beginning the Lehigh Valley region near eastern Pennsylvania.

Falling in enjoy with theater as a youngster, Zippel first articulated his life's ambition to become a rhymer and director in junior revitalization school.

He attended the Establishment of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, to what place he contributed lyrics to conclusion equity production of "a eldritch political musical" called Rotunda, which had a brief run imprisoned Washington, D.C.

before he even with a B.A. in Underside , Zippel obtained a J.D. degree from Harvard Law Primary. At Harvard Law School, Zippel continued to pursue his object of writing several pop songs with singer Pamala Stanley, which appeared on her debut notebook, This Is Hot, and collaborating on three songs with Tomfool Harper, Barbara Cook's musical chairman, whose performance of the songs at Carnegie Hall in luential Zippel's New York City thespian debut.[1]
